REGISTRATION FEE

Registration fees in ISK (1.00 EUR = approx. 180 ISK, as per exchange rate 28.01.2010):

The registration fee includes:

  • admission to the conference
  • a copy of the conference proceedings
  • daily coffee and lunches
  • welcome reception on August 16th
  • afternoon excursion and banquet dinner on August 17th

Accompanying persons
An accompanying person can register for the welcome reception - free of charge. Please indicate your participation on the registration form for planning purposes. Tickets for the afternoon excursion with banquet dinner on August 17th can be booked on the registration form at a price of ISK 13.500 per person (discount for children - please contact the conference secreatariat for information). On-site availability can not be guaranteed. Please note that accompanying persons are not admitted to the sessions.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

A written notification of cancellation should be sent to the conference secretariat (letter or e-mail).

Registration fees
Cancellation prior to 20 June 2010: total refund less administration fee of ISK 5.000.
Cancellation 20 June - 1 August: 60% refund less administration fee of ISK 5.000
Cancellation after 1 August: no refund.

Accommodation (if booked through conference secretary)
Cancellations made up to 1 week before arrival: full refund less credit card cost if applicable.
Cancellations made less than 1 week before arrival: please contact the conference secretariat for details.
No-show at hotel: the first night will be charged.

Extra conference tour (for accompanying persons)
No refund after 1 August.
